1917 Sale of his factory to AVIATIK. Construction of his second factory
1918 He developed a tractor and designed the first German small car
1919 Begin of automobile production. Up to 1924 1000 car were built.
1925 The Grade-Automobil-company was closed
1934 Grade recieved research contracts from the industry
1937 The film "Ziel in den Wolken" was shot in Borkheide. Grade played himself and flew once again with his first plane according to the Lanz-Price-conditions.
22.10.1946 Hans Grade died
